Repetition Time (TR)	Time (msec) between successive pulse sequences applied to the same slice.
Echo Time (TE)	Time (msec) between the application of the 90 degree pulse and the peak of the echo signal.
Flip Angle (FA)	Angle to which the net magnetization is rotated relative to the main magnetic field.
Inverstion Time (TI)	Time (msec) between the 180 degree and the 90 degree pulses in an inversion recovery sequence.
